Hi Eric, the F18-E went for its first flight
last Saturday. If it wasn't for the power of the Rhino it
might have been lost. At about 2/3rds down the runway, I pulled
up elevator and she lept off the runway vertical. But she
just kept going. At about 50' pushed the nose over and away
we went. the power kept her from falling off. the guys said
it is the first time anyone has ever done a "wall"
with a jet. I tamed down the elevator and moved the CG a bit
forward. Still awaiting 2nd flight. Thanks to the Rhino for
the power and the reliability.
